This stunning momma to be has been my friend since high school, although I can’t recall which class we actually met in. But I have vivid memories of her sitting behind me in Latin and we would spend half the class, which really wasn’t very exciting, creating daily calendar sheets for our homework and things we needed to remember. We would use every color of highlighter to decorate them and write the day fancy at the top. It was silly, we probably both owned planners with space for our daily assignments, but designing our own was just more fun! Now as adults we are both professional creatives, she runs an awesome blog for moms and creatives focused on raising her daughter, decorating her home, hosting events and so much more! Check it out and leave her some love Here! This pregnancy has flown by, but it has also been SO much more physically demanding – both things because I have an active little toddler to chase around! We are also a different type of excited this time around. Of course, we can’t wait to meet this new little baby, but this time, we also know that massive amount of overwhelming love that surrounds the process of welcoming a child to the family and into this world. It makes the whole experience that much more full of anticipation and excitement
Laurens maternity session down at the beach was soooooooo beautiful, I was worried about the cloud cover as we drove down but it actually gave us such pretty lighting! I can’t wait to meet Lauren and Jordens little one, Ava is going to have so much fun being a big sister!!!!
