A Romantic French Inspired Garden Party Elopement at Kimberly Crest Mansion
November 25, 2020
With larger weddings being post-poned left and right, there is no better time to plan an intimate elopement wedding. Our French inspired lush garden editorial was so inspiring; This romantic shoot brought together a combination of lush spring florals and delicate details that perfectly complimented the French gardens of Kimberly Crest Mansion in Redlands, California. Our color palette featured peaches and varying shades of pinks and ivory for the perfect spring touch with a soft sage green accent.
The floral palette for this shoot was very spring inspired, with combinations of peach and coral dahlias and tulips paired next to lush ivory blooms like peonies, liseanthus and ranunculus and some mauve blush garden roses for filler. We used sage green silks for the vow books and big 2 inch thick pink and ivory silks to hand tie the bouquet bow. Our incredible florist lined the staircase leading down to the water fountain features with garden style flowers that appeared to grow right up the stone stairs.
The design inspiration for this editorial came from an intimate french garden style elopement with lush florals and dainty romantic details. I wanted a custom hand torn invitation suite that was neutral and yet romantic that could easily be paired with peachy spring florals.
